Amaroq joint venture secures further funding

(Sharecast News) - Amaroq said on Monday that its Gardaq exploration joint venture has secured further funding to support its 2026/27 exploration programme, with partner GCAM committing CAD 4.7m and Amaroq investing CAD 1.8m in cash.

Amaroq flags Main Market move no earlier than end of July

(Sharecast News) - Amaroq said on Friday that it expects to move its London listing from AIM to the Main Market no earlier than 31 July, subject to regulatory approvals, including approval of its prospectus by the Financial Conduct Authority.
