(Sharecast News) - Deutsche Bank downgraded Rotork on Friday to 'hold' from 'buy' and lifted the price target to 503p from 400p after it agreed to be bought by Swiss engineering firm ABB in a £4.1bn deal.
Bridgepoint reports record first-half results

(Sharecast News) - Bridgepoint reported record first-half results as strong fundraising and investment performance drove a 78% increase in underlying EBITDA to £227.3m, while fee-paying assets under management rose 32.7% to $58.4bn.
