Berenberg raises target price on Hilton Food following strong H1

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg lifted their target price on Hilton Food Group to 810p from 790p on Monday, after the food producer delivered better‑than‑expected interim results and struck a more confident tone in its second-half outlook.

(Sharecast News) - Hilton Foods lifted its full-year profit guidance on Thursday as it hailed a good interim performance from core meat and fresh prepared food, but weakness in the Foppen seafood business.

Hilton Food to sell Dutch vegan unit Dalco for £5.4m

(Sharecast News) - Food packaging business Hilton Food said on Friday that it has agreed to sell Dalco Food, its Netherlands‑based vegan and vegetarian business, to Livekindly Production for £5.4m, as it continues to streamline operations and refocus on its core meat and fresh prepared food divisions.
