Hilton Foods lifts full-year profit guidance

(Sharecast News) - Hilton Foods lifted its full-year profit guidance on Thursday as it hailed a good interim performance from core meat and fresh prepared food, but weakness in the Foppen seafood business.

Hilton Food to sell Dutch vegan unit Dalco for £5.4m

(Sharecast News) - Food packaging business Hilton Food said on Friday that it has agreed to sell Dalco Food, its Netherlands‑based vegan and vegetarian business, to Livekindly Production for £5.4m, as it continues to streamline operations and refocus on its core meat and fresh prepared food divisions.

Hilton Food taps Mark Clare for chairman, Mark Allen moves to CEO

(Sharecast News) - Food packaging business Hilton Food Group said on Tuesday that Mark Clare has been appointed independent non‑executive chair with effect from 1 July, while Mark Allen, currently executive chair, will step into the role of group chief executive on the same date.
