Oxford, UK - 02 January 2026OXB (LSE: OXB) (the "Company"), a global quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company's issued share capital as at the close of business on 31 December 2025 consisted of 120,752,962 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.


 


Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in OXB at the date of this notice is 120,752,962.


 


The above figure 120,752,962 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, OXB under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
