(Sharecast News) - Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey trimmed its forecast for annual home completions on Friday as it reported a decline in first-half profit and completions, and said it was reducing shareholder returns.

(Sharecast News) - JPMorgan said on Monday that Persimmon remains its "top pick" in the UK housebuilding sector, as it downgraded its stance on Taylor Wimpey and Vistry to 'underweight' from 'neutral'.
