Segro minded to recommend final offer from Prologis, PUSU deadline extended

(Sharecast News) - Segro announced on Wednesday that it has requested and been granted an extension to the 'put up or shut up' deadline for Prologis to make a firm offer or walk away, as it said it would be minded to recommend the US logistics giant's final approach.

(Sharecast News) - Berenberg lifted its price target on Segro from 915p to 995p, saying this represented fair value at a 10% premium to adjusted net asset value, after modelling a substantial future value‑creation runway across the group's development pipeline.
