Computacenter lifts guidance as interims surge

(Sharecast News) - Tech provider Computacenter on Tuesday after said full year earnings would be "significantly ahead" of forecasts after it almost doubled interim profits on the back of a strong performance in North America driven by demand for artificial intelligence-related infrastructure.

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg lifted their target price for Computacenter from 3,450p to 5,300p and upgraded the stock to 'buy' on Monday, arguing that the group was now well positioned to beat current profit expectations after a stronger‑than‑expected first half.
