Berenberg upgrades GSK to 'buy', raises target price

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg upgraded drugmaker GSK from 'hold' to 'buy' on Tuesday and lifted their target price on the stock from £20 to £22, saying recent business‑development activity and pipeline momentum had strengthened the firm's long‑term growth outlook and left its valuation discount looking excessive.

(Sharecast News) - Drugmaker GSK said on Tuesday that it would pay up to $750m to acquire full global rights to a trispecific T‑cell engager for multiple myeloma from privately held biotechnology company Chimagen Biosciences.

(Sharecast News) - Drugmaker GSK reported two major advances in its oncology pipeline on Monday, as new data showed its B7‑H3 antibody‑drug conjugate Ris‑Rez delivered a significant survival benefit in relapsed small cell lung cancer, while registrational results for Jideytro supported a potential move into first‑line ROS1‑positive non‑small cell lung cancer.
