FTSE All-Share (ASX)

LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Chemring revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Michael Ord had disposed of 200,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed defense technology company.
Ord, who took over as CEO in June 2018, sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 611.85p each, for a total value of £1.22m.

Following the sale, Ord holds a beneficial interest in 372,991 ordinary Chemring shares.

As of 1530 BST, Chemring shares were up 3.50% at 635p.
